The Citizen Science Lab

In collaboration with Neha Agarwal and Nicole Kreidler, we worked as brand strategist and designers to launch Pittsburgh’s first biotech/maker lab. Our process included ideation, problem framing, strategy, branding and design of several brand touch points. Together, we facilitated various discovery sessions with stakeholders and advisors using human centered design methods. The first phase included discovery sessions, data collection, key copy writing, introductory web site, user testing and informative materials for the Carnegie Science Center’s SciTech Fair. Final deliverables include a complete web site, online program registration system, identity, photography, environmental graphics and brand elements from temporary tattoos to letterhead and t-shirts.
